Preventive Maintenance

Preventive / Predictive Roof Maintenance is strongly encouraged by American Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc, highly recommended by the National Association for Roofing Contractors (NRCA), and typically, required by the manufacturer in order to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty. Consistent roof maintenance is the most tactful and efficient approach to preventing predictable and normal roof system deterioration.

For warranted repairs and non-warranted repairs this report is available to you. Furthermore, a leak history will be preserved within our database (based upon address) – which currently extends eight years.
